Donna Anderson has worked for the City of Burbank since 1986. After two years in Personnel and Risk Management, she moved to the City Treasurer’s Office, eventually being named Assistant City Treasurer in 1993. In 2001 she was elected by the citizens of Burbank to a four-year term in the position of City Treasurer; she has been re-elected twice.
Donna is a member of several professional organizations: U.S. and Canada Municipal Treasurers Association, California Municipal Treasurers Association, California Society of Municipal Finance Officers, National Management Association, Burbank Sunrise Kiwanis and Zonta Club of Burbank.
A graduate of Bellarmine-Jefferson High School in Burbank, Donna earned an A.A. in General Studies from Los Angeles Mission College and a B.A. in Business Administration/Finance from the University of Phoenix, California. She has two children, Angela and Mark.
