Judie Wilke was named Management Services Director in 2003. Prior to her current position, Wilke worked in a variety of positions with the City of Burbank including Deputy Financial Services Director, City Clerk, Assistant to the City Manager, Americans with Disabilities Act Coordinator and Administrative Analyst.
She is a member of the California Public Employers Labor Relations Association, International Public Management Association for Human Resources, Southern California Public Labor Relations Council, Southern California Personnel Management Association, PERS Public Agency Coalition, National Management Association - Burbank chapter, and a Board Member on Burbank Priority in Education.
She has a B.A. from California State University, Long Beach. She is married to Tom and has four children, Zach, Ashley, Nick, and Sarah.
