Chris Dasté was named Park, Recreation and Community Services Director in 2008. Prior to coming to Burbank, he worked for a number of California cities including Santa Clarita, Elk Grove and Tracy. Chris is a member of the California Park and Recreation Society, Southern California Municipal Athletic Federation of San Gabriel Valley, and National Recreation and Parks Association.
He has a B.A. in Recreation Administration from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and is working on an M.P.A. from California State University Northridge.
