CREATIVE ARTS CENTER
The Creative Arts Center is located at 1100 West Clark Avenue in George Izay Park. The Creative Arts Center has a pottery studio, classroom and art gallery. Programs offered include a variety of art classes for both children and adults in both the visual and performing arts. Classes offered include pottery wheel, drawing, cartooning, painting, ballet, jazz, Hip Hop, Spanish dance, tap, and much more.

Society for Calligraphy

The Society for Calligraphy is a non-profit educational organization which promotes the study, teaching, and practice of calligraphy and related disciplines. It fosters the appreciation, understanding, and acceptance of Calligraphy as a fine art.

John Hopkins - Pottery
September 10 - 30, 2010
Because of his interest in both sculpture and ceramics John Hopkins decided to study under Jerry Rothman at California State University Fullerton where he received his BA, MA and MFA in ceramics. Rothman was one of the original Otis group who studied under Peter Voulkos.

Paul Fuentes - Oils, Watercolors and Pen and Ink

Paul has a vast catalog of sketches and photographs from which to choose painting subjects. His vacations throughout the Southwest and Europe have provided a wonderful genre of materials. He need only look out his studio window in Utah for inspiration to paint. Besides painting in oil and watercolor, Paul also enjoys working in pen and ink.

Burbank Art Association - Membership Show

The Burbank Art Association will present their juried membership awards show: various mediums will b represented, including acrylics, oils, pastels, watercolor, and collage. Sponsored awards will be presented during the reception.

Selections may include pottery, paintings, photography, jewelry, weaving, holiday decor, and more! Boutique hours are Monday-Thursday 9:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m., Friday 9:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m., Saturday 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m., and Sunday 1:00-4:00 p.m.
